First of all, he researched and interviewed local Realtor® to find the best Realtor® to help us prepare our house for sale, and who ultimately helped negotiate a sale over the asking price, without any contingencies. Josh was involved in all the discussions and negotiations and helped explain the process to us. Secondly, Josh researched the development of new homes we were interested in. He toured the model home, obtained copies of all required purchase contracts, made initial contact with the preferred lenders, established a relationship with the sales agents, and represented us at the lottery where we were lucky enough to get a lot. We are now in the process of building our new home in our new community, and Josh is touring our building site weekly and providing us with regular updates. In addition, he has referred us to a great mortgage broker. The complexity of selling our California home and relocating to a brand new home in Colorado has been greatly reduced with Josh's capable assistance and attention to detail.
